These Website Terms of Use govern your access to and use of rewritekitchen.ca and the related REWRITE website pages operated by Rewrite Foods Inc. (“REWRITE,” “we,” “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website.
About the Website
The website provides pre-launch information about REWRITE Ramen and allows visitors to join our launch waitlist. It is not currently an online store. No purchase can be completed through the website, and nothing on the website constitutes an offer to sell, a product reservation or a guarantee of availability.
Product Information
Product descriptions, nutritional figures, ingredients, packaging images, preparation instructions and other product information are based on current pre-production specifications and may be updated before launch.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, but the final product, packaging or presentation may differ from pre-production materials. Before consuming a product, review the label on the product you receive, including its ingredient, allergen, preparation and nutrition information.
Website content is provided as general product information and is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice.
Waitlist and Communications
Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a purchase, reserve inventory or guarantee a launch date or product availability.
When you expressly opt in, you consent to receive the launch and product communications described at the point of signup. You may withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe mechanism in our emails or by contacting us.

Permitted Use
You may use the website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
